Great and warm atmosphere with nice people and supportive management group.

The system could get more efficient and quicker to make the job more accurate with prompt SLA expectations.

High Salary for Retail Banking

Cons

Customer needs are not considered. Presure to sell clients products they dont want or need ( Associates are tought to have clients apply for 2 credit cards at once)

Pros

Great co-workers. Met a lot of great people that truly cared about each other

Cons

Had managers and area regional managers that lied to the lower employees on a daily basis. You could not trust anything that your direct manager was telling you or even instructing you to do. Set unrealistic goals that were not attainable for newer employees. Barely any training and the coaching is very limited. Simply put, I would never reccomend working here.
