good benefits and incentive, culture, and opportunity to work with the community, personal professional growth if new to banking

Cons

hard to speak to management , very judgemental, no real coaching, micromanager, company tries to be client impact oriented but its about the numbers and sales

Pros

Competitive salary, 3 weeks paid time off

Cons

There were no avenues to help customers outside of strict bank policies. Even if a policy was losing valuable customers, upper management would not listen or even consider thinking outside of a rigid box. Computer systems need updated.
