Pros

Base salary competitive for job, diverse company, you get 3 weeks vacation as new employee, benefits competitive, 401K matching up to 6%, work life balance is pretty good.

Cons

Old school mentality in management, outdated technology (really old compared to other banks) systems not tested well before roll out sets back your workday trying to resolve tech issues, hasn't been a place to move up in management, training & onboarding not good.

Great people, for the most part.

Cons

Starting salaries are inconsistent. Pay is not determined by education or experience. It's based on who you know and it's higher if your part of the "good old boys club."
