Pros

salary, benefits, flex time, bonuses, personal and professional growth.

Cons

running around getting fingerprints taken care of, plus drug test in less then 48 hours seemed intense.

Pros

Key Bank had great pay, I loved the team I worked with. When I started at the bank they had a very good bonus program.

Cons

The fees to the customers are very high, the upper management did not give the local branches any room to reverse fees like a local credit union would.
