WHen they introduced the computer guided financial review, and required submitting a certain number to get out quarterly bonus, the job became stifling and ridiculous. I was required to rely on faulty and incorrect algorithms to predict my client's needs rather than rely on the good judgement the Bank hired me for in the first place. They;d rather we have the client fill out a questionnaire at our desk than have a face-to-face conversation to determine needs.
