Pros

If it’s under good management, then it’s a great opportunity for growth, challenge, and independence.

Cons

Terrible issues with company-wide workspace systems crashing and restarting which slows down work at times. Management changes quite often though the responsibilities will likely remain consistent. The Fraud BI manager is very open about his “fear” of people who wear hijabs and niqabs, his frustration with the amount of women who have been hired, his anger towards people who tell him he makes them uncomfortable, and refers to anyone under the age of 30 as “kid” in a derogatory manner. Again, it is a phenomenal work opportunity, but don’t trust management as they will protect people like this - better off getting the same work experience elsewhere.
