      Pros

      The team I was on really worked well together. We were able to develop application that helped several lines of businesses and were never held back by our manager. This was all great until our team was eliminated due to the economy, but the severance and out placement help was good.

      Cons

      I have found that some managers in other groups were more worried about themselves then how their team or the company did.
