Pros

Minimal stress, diverse and friendly. Worked at several different locations as a teller and rarely met rude employees. Account sales are a focus for full time tellers, but it never seemed to be too pushy.

Cons

Not the action packed company many bankers are looking for

Pros

Base Salary, Work Life Balance, Large Regional Bank

Cons

Very rare to break out of retail into larger banking segments, Quarterly sales goals are high and shoved down your throat daily

Pros

Great team of co-workers and managers, not a ton of pressure for sales, training was sufficient.

Cons

Very stressful to always make sure you are 100% balanced, but that goes with any banking institution. Also, still significant pressure to sell products.
