Pros

Decent benefits package with good time off but not so good insurance.

Cons

I have never felt so demeaned and belittled in my life. It seems as if no matter what I do I cannot get a word of praise from my manager, and she is quick to demean me for anything that I don't do 100% perfectly. I also would not trust any of these people that work here. I cannot find a new job fast enough.

Pros

It's an established well-known company especially in Washington. It's smaller than Chase, BOA, WF so not as overwhelming. Professional bank atmosphere.

Cons

No respect for personal life outside of work. Mngmt will make you work on your days off with short notice. Mngmt does not communicate their schedule with you so coaching and support is not there. If you want to be in sales for the rest of your life this is the job for you. If not search harder for a better job. The activities you perform here are elementary a high school graduate could do it. Not real stimulating for intellectual individuals.

Pros

Amazing benefits, generous PTO and 401K investment matching, flexible work/life balance.

Cons

Too much focus on unnecessary details and not on the big picture. Working 12-15 hours a day working on spreadsheets or clearing reports, and for what? In the end it doesn't matter. Key states they are in the relationship business, but from my experience, customer relationships suffered and I received more complaints than praise from customers on the level of service, all due to unattainable deadlines for paperwork. The management I worked under was horrible. I felt I was reprimanded for so many things that had nothing to do with me. I was the youngest person in the office, and my managers made comments and jokes about it DAILY. It was a very hard environment to work in. Procedures changed almost montly. Once you'd get used one new way of processing something, they'd change it again, and again. I felt like I could never get ahead.
