Pros

this is a great company to work with, the managers are very nice, team meetings are held on a regular basis

Cons

there really isnt much that I can think of, perhaps focus too much on sales and many customer can me annoyed by it

Pros

Compensation is above average. Work life balance is positive. Work conditions are pleasant. The people are down home and office politics isn't too terrible.

Cons

They move so slow you have to time them with a calendar. It's a lagging player in a lagging industry. The government de facto runs the banks anyway. If you're looking for excitement or perhaps a place to try some entreprenurial experimentation....look elsewhere.
