1. Base salary and total comp is too low compared to other similar financial companies. 2. I took this concern to HR and they all said they are paid very low as well. Hence they are not able to hire smart talent from outside and have to make do with avg. employees who will work for below avg. pay. 3. Outdated technology and cumbersome processes 4. Stuck in the past culture 5. Not respected as a place to work for within the industry 6. Very tall hierarchies/too many managers and leaders 7. Unable to innovate and cant keep pace with outside changes
