Pros

Free Coffee from a Keurig machine

Cons

No Base Salary raises. Management seems to have a collective strategy of squeezing as many years out of their associates as they can. Average turnover is about 2 years at this shop. The smart ones leave after 1 year. Despite the low pay/bonuses, management still expects associates to come in at 7 AM and work 12+ hours/day.

Manager Too Busy To Manage

Pros

Benefits; Federal Holidays Off; Discounts on all kinds of goods like electronics, services, cell phones, flowers, clothes; 401(k) and match; LOTS of vacation time; subsidized commuter benefits, pre-tax; medical, dental, vision, etc., the usual.

Cons

NO GYM!!! Downtown office location; company doesn't help you find parking; have to find your own parking, and believe me, some of those downtown parking lots are really dark/scary/gross/dangerous; pressured into doing volunteer work (though on the company time); no place to sit for new hires; I was stuck in a "mobile office" like some guest and had to lock up my things in a locker every time I walked away; my boss is too busy even to give me assignments - I have no idea what I'm supposed to be working on. No one talks to you unless you're in their little group - people are so rude they don't even introduce themselves. Managers schedule meetings during lunch without consideration for your time...

Pros

Some benefits perks that are nice. As a online banking rep u make 13/hr. You can supposedly transfer after a year. Can't really think of much else.

Cons

They don't have an open door policy, you go to talk about issues they flip it back on you & try to make it seem like your causing problems. They have shift bids so you aren't guaranteed to keep the shift that you start with. The managers are never on the same page. There systems are constantly having issues so customers are 80% of the time not happy. No accountability when you submit feedback because another rep doesn't want to do there job. You have set break times & if you go early or late it messes with your numbers. Very gossipy department
