They offer a better salary than most banks. If you negotiate well you can get a decent salary.
Cons
This is by far the most micromanaged place I have ever worked at. They check your dials, they do coaching on every single customer interaction. The "technology" is SO behind the times it makes doing your job miserable. They are not open to new ideas or any flexibility whatsoever. Also be careful of what they tell you the incentive will be like. The incentive was less than 20% of what they quoted me. Not only that, but as of the new year the goals increased substantially while the incentive plan decreased drastically. The health insurance is also so bad that coworkers were seeking second job just to be able to afford basic healthcare.
