      Good team. Bad company.

      Pros

      The team is awesome. Absolute joy to work with. It should bed noted that I can only speak for my team which worked on a project outside DC and therefor enjoyed a great deal for independence from the headquarters. Senior management showed up for a short visit once or twice a year.

      Cons

      No bonuses. No severance. Salary increases barely keep up with inflation. Despite glowing reviews from the client, KeyLogic still managed to lose the contract half way in. What I find most disturbing is that shortly before announcing that they lost the project and that the entire team is being laid off, they asked everyone to consume accumulated time off.

      Salary was ok, but not great

      Cons

      Tons of turnover that they try to hide in slimy ways. Will PIP employees for no reason in order to make it look more justified when they eliminate their positions.
