CEO knows most on site & off site employees by name, VPs are cordial, many company events.
Cons
Executive Management takes care of themselves, no potential growth for those hired with just a few years experience but excellent job performance, CEO indecisive about meetings due to CEO vacations, CEO has a temper, is rude & yells in the office, HR slow to recruit, advertise many positions but positions aren't really available. Company is attempting to recruit vets at lower pay scale,
