      Colleagues back in time Opportunity Career path Benefits Able to create a salesman from almost anyone.

      In Europe you need a mix of japan rules and culture with local. The company is doing great following the global strategy. But sometimes you need to adapt to local markets. Luckily its happening from what I know (4 years out of company) but slowly. Missing connection between marketing and sales Some rules pure

      Pros

      Decent pay and nice company car.

      Cons

      Horrible culture, no flexibility, most decent managers left so ones remaining are constantly fire fighting. Insane numbers of KPI's that even the most senior product managers are now encouraging their teams to falsify data, to keep people off their backs and protecting their bonus. Employee retention is awful here, everyone seems to be waiting for a years experience before moving.
