They pay you every second your are working Amazing bonus program Conference and Chrismast party at hotels paid for! Gift card everytime the compaby hit monthly goal Benefits, RRSP, etc!

Cons

Need to be ready to work long hours Micromanagement, your manager is sitting right in front of you.. And yes no phone and no music allowed.. No food at your desk either

Cons

Too much travel on the road (needlessly) Following the internal sales strategy is the hard, targets are often over-sized, some KPI is just useless or makes no sense to follow, just kills all your time Lots of lots of packing and unpacking of device (if you consider this job you really have to pay attention to its physical aspects) Poor work/life balance
