Pros

Pay and bonuses are what keep people around. Management does listen to your opinions but hardly implements them. PTO isn’t bad

Cons

Extreme micromanagement. Clocking in and out isn’t necessary for salaried employees. Company culture is nearly nonexistent. All focus is on sales and little appreciation for corporate from management. Since they are a subsidiary everything has to run through the parent company and is micromanaged.

Pros

Great sales and technical training. Innovative company with new product releases 2x annually. Good career path opportunitiey.

Cons

Oldschool top-down management style. Salary package up until team leader status is lagging behind competitors. Very high expectations and long working hours because of this.

Pros

The workplace is very structured and regimented. I came from a military background so it doesn't really bother me too much, but if you're not into that sort of thing then I guess it can be bad.

Cons

You really hit the ground running and the learning curve is very steep.
