Pros

Employees are well valued and well treated. It can be a competitive environment, but difficult situations are handled calmly, and the politics are minimal. High potential for upward mobility. Expectations are clearly communicated.

Cons

Sales territory is split so that 8-10 sales people are selling different product groups to the same accounts. Couple this with a goal for number of sales calls per month and you've got a situation where it can be difficult to hit the sales call goal without clients becoming annoyed.

Pros

They pay on time, even though they frequent news up bonuses

Cons

Extreme micromanagement. Upper management is really just a bunch of puppets for Japanese management, or the latest business catch phrase
