Pros

Innovative company with a fast-paced and high-intensity environment. Exciting company to work for due to potential to progress through a growing company in a true meritocracy.

Cons

Working hard is a necessity for success so this is not the right company for people who are not intrinsically driven to go the extra mile in order to produce positive results.

Pros

Keyence is a global leader in factory automation equipment. They are an extremely profitable company, look after their employees by providing financial security and reward with industry leading incentives that could be a combination of financial, recognition & awards, promotion, etc. Keyence is extremely profitable due to constantly releasing high-end automation-related technology that is second to none in their respective marketplace with a high performance working culture where you are developed to your true peak performance as well as learning to maintain this high level of performance output. It is extremely exciting and drives the company as a single unit in one direction which is positive growth not only for Keyence but for all of our clients in disrupting their respective marketplace with our technology paving the way for innovation, providing value to their customers as well as cost savings and other intangible benefits to their respective industry as a whole.

Cons

There can initially be long working hours due to getting to grips with the technology as there is a lot to absorb at outset. It will take some time to increase your working efficiency when dealing with applications, clients, scheduling, proposals, presentation, etc. If you are very motivated and in sync with the comprehensive training provided by Keyence, you will be up and running within around 6 months. Keyence is a company for those that want to set the bar extremely high whilst increasing your earning potential by way of high performance incentives. If this is not in line with your own temperament, it may not be the company for you.
