Pros

- Great coworkers - Tons of industry experience to be gained - Extremely stable company - On a day to day basis, the Pros outweigh the Cons

Cons

- Pay could be higher once you reach a certain level - Huge amount of sales employees and many times people are managed to the same standards regardless of experience or skill level. Can cause burnout among Sr. level people. - Metric driven to a fault, but hey, it’s hard to argue the results.

Pros

Financially Stable. Coworkers generally nice.

Cons

Expectations are not clear. Managers do not support or support in a way that gives impression they actively want you to fail. Goal posts move every day and you will be held to a standard that was set 7 months ago and changed several times since all in a bid to pay you less.
