      Pros

      If you don't mind working in a high-pressure fast pace environment, you will love this company. Japanese culture influences a lot and the management is mostly foreign/Japanese. The company changed a lot since I joined and is not connected to its employees as it used to be. Compensation is great and benefits as well. Traveling with the company is always luxurious

      Most KPIs don't make sense and force salespeople to fake their data input

      - good company car, - great people to meet within the company, - possibility to cooperate with people across Europe,

      - average salary compared to competition, - poor bonus system - upper limit, no commission, unclear KPI counted in bonus - very high micromanagement - badly adjusted, global KPI system - local market situation not taken into consideration resulting in impossible to achieve KPI - no benefits for the workers - no private healthcare program, - bad management, - unpleasant atmosphere in contact with HR and management, - no room for your own initiatives, - very unclear career path and promotion policy

      1. Good pay coming out of College 2. Very good training, 2 months in Chicago to learn the product when hired 3. Clear path for promotion 4. Set metrics to follow, as long as you are putting in the effort you will succeed here I have been very happy working at Keyence so far. If you are considering a sales job out of college this is the place to go.

      Cons

      1. It’s sales, so can be a grind 2. There is a ton of driving involved
