Pros

The culture of the company can be very fun and exciting. This is a great place to start your career and learn more about digital marketing with a variety of clients.

Cons

There isn't a lot of room to grow professionally. You have to be there for quite a few years before you can move up.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback. We are very proud of our culture, environment, and the way we service our partners. To be able to support colleges and universities with the complexities of enrollment management is certainly a very exciting place to be. Not sure of your specific situation but we have seen many employees receive lots of opportunities to grow in their skills and career. A few examples to note: Have had employees move to Australia and UK to support our growing operations abroad, have had over 25 employees move to our new OPM division, had many folks in digital and media crossed trained to learn new areas of the field, and have seen many folks participating in our online training and development series to self improve soft skills. I do agree we can do better with recognition and have formed an internally group in Lenexa to tackle this area. Some departments do better than others but we want consistency across Keypath. The company had a great culture unfortunately not every department was able to participate fully.

Cons

The IT department was understaffed and had poor leadership. They set goals but didn't meet them. I struggled with how the rest of the company did so much better than the IT department.

Thanks for taking the time to post your concerns. Many of the IT issues are not the fault of the department or their leadership. We are in an evolving industry and priorities have changed rapidly in technology. With these changes, some projects have had to be re-prioritized or delayed. I assume this gives the feeling that we are understaffed. Certainly, every business has to make choices and cannot build/fix technology in the short term. Keypath is no different. I do believe we are better than we were year ago and continue to work to expand our technology to key areas in the business.
