Pros

* The company has undergone dramatic changes in its strategy over the past year. It has done an excellent job communicating the new company vision and making sure everyone feels good about it. I believe in this new vision and the leadership team working so hard to make sure we're staying ahead of the industry. * Everyone who works at Keypath (PlattForm) expresses that people are the reason they love their jobs. I would have to agree. My team is made up of the most respectful, honest, supportive and kind people around. We care about one another and where we are going in our careers. * Support is a key factor at Keypath. If I've needed training, etc... all I've needed to do is ask. * Work-life balance is wonderful. My managers care about my personal life and my family needs. Doctor's appointment - no problem! Work from home - no problem! In return, I make sure I deliver 110% - always. Not because I have to, but because I appreciate the balance and feel good about the company.

Cons

* I have been very lucky to be a member of my specific team. I do know that there are a couple of teams that don't enjoy the forward-thinking, work-life-balance, visionary support I do. But, I am confident this is changing. * The benefits have been unclear in the past, but I know this is being fixed with a new rollout.

First of all thank you for your thoughts and comments. I am glad you recognized the job everyone did with our brand launch. As we mentioned it takes a village to do something like this, and everyone did an amazing job. I do realize work-life balance is not always easy in a service company, but we do try to make every effort to give employees that freedom. Obviously as you mentioned some groups do a better job and sometimes client needs do require extra effort. This will be an on-going effort to maximize performance, both professional and personal. I am very glad you are a member of Keypath Education and glad your experience has been positive. PS. We have a new Keypath Glassdoor site and hope you can re-post this to that site and encourage others to post thoughts there as well. Thanks again Steve

Pros

Casual work environment, interesting work

Cons

Long work hours, unreasonable expectations, Executive leadership says they care about employee well being and satisfaction, but when it comes time to put that into action they fall. PlattForm recently did not retro merit increases for over 70 employees back to their review date, even after communicating in writing the would. Very disappointing.

PlattForm has always taken pride in being a place where employees work hard for the benefit of our clients. With our increased emphasis on aligning our goals to our business plan and our clients’ objectives, we will work smart on the things that matter. But, in a partner focused business many employees have to respond to the immediate needs, which does require extra work from time to time. We continue to focus on work/life balance by hiring quality employees, delivering ongoing training and development, and providing opportunities for employees to interact in non-work settings for fun and for the benefit of community philanthropic organizations. Regarding the recent merit increase, this was the transition year in which we moved the entire organization to a common review date that aligns merit increases to the business fiscal year. Employees’ merit increases were pro-rated back to the employees’ last pay increase, which in most cases was the same date as the last review date. If you’d like to sit down to review this further, or somehow was not done right in your situation, please schedule time with HR or myself to discuss further.

Pros

Great work experience, nice co-workers, and understanding/helpful managers

Cons

The education sector has it's ups and downs, so clients come and go, but that is expected in advertising.

I am very glad your experience at PlattForm has been good. While we are continuing to work hard to always improve, we have made tremendous progress the past several months. Agree the EDU space is somewhat in flux, but challenges create opportunities for PlattForm. These ups and down pushed us to diversify our business plan to Integrated Marketing, Online Program Management and Career Prep. I really feel we are setting up our future nicely! Thanks again for your comments and our leadership team will continue to strive everyday to make PlattForm a continued leader in the EDU space.
