Pros

Pros of working at Keypath - You get to do marketing for higher education. What you do is interesting and meaningful. The people you work with are talented, smart and collaborative. A lot of people get to travel to see partners in US, AU and UK. The teams are connected via Skype Business so you can work from home when you need to. PTO is generous. Great culture. People really care about you and your success.

Cons

Not many cons - if you ask me. Work can be hard at times, but that is the life of a marketer.

Everyone has worked really hard to build a great company and provide opportunities for deserving employees. While not always easy, we work on having an environment that is a work hard, play hard culture across the globe. Lastly, I agree the teams across the globe work really well together. Yes, time zones present challenges (17 hours ahead in Australia!!), but we make it work with dedicated employees and a little technology. Leaders truly care about our mission, and work hard to support those of us working on the front lines to change lives through education. The company culture is work hard, play hard. There is lots of fun to be had in any given work day!

Cons

The company is coming through a time of immense change. This requires employees to be nimble, flexible, and ready to roll up their sleeves and deal with anything that is thrown their way.

Our culture and the mission of changing lives through education motivates each one of us as we support our college partners and their students. You are right the company has been through a tremendous amount of change, but the outcome has been excellent. We are better positioned for the changing higher education landscape. I would agree that the company does require a very special person to work here. A person (as you state) that strives under pressure, and can react quickly to industry or partner changes. Good news is that we have 100's of those employees at Keypath Education. Finally, and at the end of the day, our success is about people. While we can't solve all employee issues overnight, I am glad that you see real progress. Having satisfied employees like yourself will only fuel us to greater success. Steve
