      There were some very nice people

      Cons

      Not enough training and the expectations were that you would work 12 hour days. No Positive feedback for work well done.

We invest a lot to find the right person for a role and we always need to provide the tools to be successful.       lateral moves abound; career growth not found

      Pros

      good people, strong emphasis on employee recognition, easy to maintain work-life balance depending on the role

      Cons

      constant organizational changes could be seen as adapting to evolving business needs, but here it feels more like a lack of insight from management into how to effectively utilize resources. plus underwhelming benefits to boot.

      Appreciate the thoughts and your nice comments about our employee recognition. I have mentioned many times that we are evolving and as you know, we recently changed our name to Keypath Education to reflect this shift. Hard to address specifics on utilizing resources, but I can tell you we are in a good place right now and folks seem to have focus on their roles and responsibilities. Can we improve, yes, but I am proud of the team and its progress. I wish you all the best in your endeavors. Steve

      Pros

      - The education space is a challenging and important industry, and the online delivery model is ever-changing and driving the industry into exciting areas of growth. - The employees love to learn themselves, are kind and respectful people, and generally just want to be the best in the business. - The growth of the company in the coming years is something anyone would want to be a part of.

      Cons

      If you aren't a competitive person or if you're uncomfortable with change, this company and industry may not be for you!

      Appreciate the comments and glad you have enjoyed your experience. We do want to win and employees like you and others will be the reason why. We have gone through changes the past year and believe we have built the company that will lead to success in the ever changing EDU industry. As I have mentioned EDU is still going through an evolution but our three services in Integrated Marketing, OPM, and Career Prep position us to evolve and grow. We will continue to work hard and want to have a company that can celebrate the successes, and live our motto, "change lives through higher education". Thanks again Steve
