      Pros

      While most ad agencies in the KC area advertise for bigger brands and retail products, working at PlattForm is truly a unique experience having the opportunity to promote education. Advertising for edu clients and their course offerings is a great feeling knowing that we are playing an important part in someones life as they choose to either go to college or return to college. Education is one of the best things someone can invest in, and I am happy to work for a company that encourages people to do just that and better their lives.

      Cons

      Really can not think of downsides of working here. I love going to work every day knowing that I will work with awesome people that are all very motivated to promote education with our clients. Sometimes I think we may be a bit too selective in the hiring process.

      Thank you for your comments. I could not agree more on the impact education can have in a person's life. Plus folks at Plattform can really focus their attention in just the edu vertical. We are continuing to look for talented employees to work at our locations. But, we will never sacrifice bringing in B talent to an A team.       Great job to have to get some experience after college. Very relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Claims to be all about "culture" but since the reorg and new CEO, it's been so NOT.

      Very sorry your experience at PlattForm was not a great fit. We have made changes over the past year to future proof this company. As you are aware, the industry is in much transition and we need to insure we evolve with it. In terms of PlattForm culture, I believe we have a good one. Is it for everyone? No. Can it continue to improve? Yes! The one thing I do know is how hard leadership and many employees are working to keep us moving forward and making sure we have a great company for the next 25 years.
