Thanks for your feedback. As you know we restructured our UK office to better align to needs of our partners. I would argue for the few folks that left we treated very fairly. We take very seriously the impact on folks lives and try to accommodate. We could not be happier with the progress we have made recently and have some great partners to grow in that region. Thanks. This place is pretty incredible. I’ve been working here over a year. There has been a lot of change for the betterment of the business. If I provide feedback about something I notice that there is an effort to change it unless there is a good reason it can’t be. I feel listened to. There is a lot of transparency in the business. You know what is happening and why it is happening. The best part about working here is that things are constantly evolving so that the business can do what it values, supporting students and delivering world class online education. It’s a dynamic and fun workplace. I’ve been involved in projects that are fun and effective. The culture is vibrant, fun and caring. There is a big effort to get the right people in who are the best for the job but also just good people.

Cons

One staff bonus element we had was taken away. It did factor in to my decision to work at Keypath initially. Taking a pay cut was something I knew up front but I wasn’t savvy enough to understand that this was a bonus and not written into my contract so therefore could be taken away. Advice is have bonuses put into your contract. I understand why the business made this decision and it was my mistake that it wasn’t written in to my contract. Not really a con but an oversight on my part.
