Pros
After 5 years of employment I have seen many changes in the company. Although changes bring about uncertainty, I have seen PlattForm flourish following these major shifts in the industry. Industry leaders - There are few companies out there that have routine meetings with industry leading individuals. Open door policies for upper management is not a passive saying around here. The door is truly open and we are urged to talk openly about our concerns. Culture - Although it has changed overtime, it continues to be its own living and breathing entity. PlattForm's culture has been stripped down to its core function in order to grow. We are already seeing great strides here and I am excited to see what the future has in store. Success - You get in what you put out. Simple as can be. If you come into work and give 101%, you are rewarded. If you just want to slide by doing the bare minimum, you will slowly find that this is not the place for you. We are successfully driven employees who challenge each other to become better.
Cons
Communication in general. One "hot button issue" was the benefit changes last year that left a sour taste in many peoples mouths, however for me, it was more the way it was communicated than the communication itself. There have been actions put in place to improve on this and is a priority in many executives minds.
