Horrible Middle Management

Great perks, flexibility, amazing learning opportunities

Cons

Rife with politics and favoritism in the middle management. A top heavy company where leaders have no direct interaction with the people who do the real work. Only listen to managers who could control the future of others. Very demotivating.

Pros

They care about their culture and making sure employees have scheduled events outside of work for each department. They understand a work/life balance and understand that life happens. They are there for their employees when these big events do happen.

Cons

They are not an advertising agency; they are a production house. There is not thought when it comes to strategy; it is do whatever the client wants because we can't afford to lose them mentality. So whether a project makes sense or not, it is expected to be executed on.

The company had a great culture unfortunately not every department was able to participate fully.

Cons

The IT department was understaffed and had poor leadership. They set goals but didn't meet them. I struggled with how the rest of the company did so much better than the IT department.

Thanks for taking the time to post your concerns. Many of the IT issues are not the fault of the department or their leadership. We are in an evolving industry and priorities have changed rapidly in technology. With these changes, some projects have had to be re-prioritized or delayed. I assume this gives the feeling that we are understaffed. Certainly, every business has to make choices and cannot build/fix technology in the short term. Keypath is no different. I do believe we are better than we were year ago and continue to work to expand our technology to key areas in the business.
