Pros

Some of the people are really nice.

Cons

Low compensation, low creative standards, low budgets, management without experience working anywhere else, too reliant on old data, afraid to take risks. When my current company announced my hire, they left PlattForm out of my bio even though I included it in my resume. That speaks volumes.

We strongly encourage PlattFormers to have open and frank conversations with their supervisors when they have differing ideas about work processes and tools. Hopefully, you were able to discuss your concerns about PlattForm standards and data with upper management. We are data-driven and continue to improve our processes and tech-enabled solutions. Pros

One of the reasons I liked working at PlattForm was the allowance to wear casual clothing.

Cons

Upper management cares only about the bottom line. They do not care about their employees and what they need to be successful in their positions. The Human Resource Team is supposed to be an advocate for employee concerns and work toward equitable resolutions. The Vice President of Human Resources is not a person who can be trusted to have the best interest of the employee in mind, even if she knows that the employee had been treated unfairly.

Thank you for working with PlattForm for three years. We agree that our employees are the foundation of the company and are crucial to its success. For this reason, we’re committed to supporting our employees and providing them with the training, tools and resources necessary to succeed. I would highly encourage you to contact me if you feel you have been treated unfairly.

Pros

No traffic for the commute to Lenexa

Cons

Bad management, culture of passing the buck, long hours, below market pay, inexperienced kids with director titles, nepotism, 3 month wait for medical benefits which HR failed to mention.
