Pros

• Good benefits • Very casual dress code • Nice offices Plattform has a lot of good ideas. Their offices are fun with excellent equipment in their brake rooms and even an onsite convince store. Their staff is on average very young and they have a lot of energy that translates in multiple activities weekly ranging from food days to concerts put on by your fellow co-workers.

Cons

• Low pay • Lots of nepotism • Ineffectual management • Lack of experienced co-workers Plattform has too many ideas and not enough action. They operate in an almost constant cycle of meetings, committees, panels, suggestion boxes and surveys that result in very little action. If you're ideas don't match those already in place by management you're treated as a problem until you're ready to give up and fall back in line. Massive turn over results in having to retrain people on a constant basis. The lack of experience in most departments results in poor communication, finger pointing and laziness. Projects will have to be gone over again and again, work repeated, and information spoon feed to coworkers time and time again. The company will boast at great length how they are the leaders in their sector then leverage none that "expertise" with clients. Massive reworking of campaigns will result from minor suggestions given both from coworkers and clients. The young staff also results in a great deal of misunderstandings from co-works who treat the work place more like a continuation of college. Co-workers will often take push backs and suggestions on projects as personal attacks when a little experience in interoffice communication and professionalism would solve most of these issues.

Pros

Game room and laid back dress code

Cons

Expect you to work extreme amounts of over time with no extra pay. Take the lowest pay scale in KC then go lower with this company Talk about it being a "family" but only people who have been there for 10 years are in "the family" promote people based on popularity not ability
