Casual dress code. FUN environment. CEO treats you like family. Strong company that's always looking at ways to grow. Tons of PTO and a week off at Christmas. Ping pong tournaments.

They hand out candy on Tuesdays, have soda fountain Fridays, 1/2 days off on Friday during the summer,.

Cons

They give lipservice to having good culture, but they are very high pressure and not invested in employees' career development. They chew people up and spit them out. Supposedly "coaching" is a big philosophy but I never got any in two years. Upper management is very cut throat.

Pros

Culture and employees, good benefits (I gave them a 3 on compensation on benefits...that is an average. I'd give a 2 for compensation and a 4 for benefits.)

Cons

Razor thin margins means everyone is constantly overloaded with more work than one person should have. Individuality is frowned upon: drink the Kool Aid or go home. The amount of crying and frustration witnessed on a regular basis were shocking. If you haven't been a part of the company from the beginning, then you are expendable. On the flip side, nepotism seems to be prevalent for family members of the founders.
