Really good benefits, competitive compensation packages, career development and some career advancement opps. Also, working in a societally beneficial organization helps!

Cons

Too much change, not enough consistency makes it difficult for long-term planning. Not enough transparency, will only highlight positives instead of giving real talk, before laying you off.

good benefits and good vacation policy. Able to work at home

Cons

Very immature and inexperienced marketing leadership. Very "finger pointing" to lower staff. People do not feel comfortable asking questions. It seems like there is an elitist attitude with this group. People under them definitely feel the "hierarchy". They are disconnected to their own departments. No invited collaboration with the team.

My favorite coworkers have all been at Keypath. Incredible people, amazing benefits and a lovely culture to work at.

Cons

Your enjoyment will very much depend on the school you are paired with and it's own culture. I worked on 2 and one was much better than the other.
