My experience working for this company has been great so far, from the start I have felt included, supported and valued as a staff member. Overall: • A modern company with super friendly and supportive staff members • Decent base salary with realistic KPIs where you can make uncapped commission $$ • Approachable and super friendly CEO (Ryan O’Hare) • Company really values diversity and inclusion • Beautiful open style office located in central Melbourne!

Cons

• Can feel fast paced due to having multiple study periods per year • At times the work can feel repetitive due to the nature (but this happens with most jobs) • Nothing that bad that stands out really

There is a spirit of caring among management towards staff and a focus on training and development so that staff are encouraged to achieve their personal best. It's a great job for those who like connecting and talking to people.

Cons

Can't think of any negatives at the moment.

I started working with Keypath around five months ago. I am based in Sydney and entire on-boarding process was done remotely. The constant support from within the team and functional leaders made me feel at ease from day one. The company genuinely cares about its employees and gives everyone an equal opportunity to grow. Work-life balance is always prioritized and employees are treated like family. Managers are always on the lookout for feedback and are eager to make everyone's lives easier.

Cons

There is no downside at all.
