I am very glad your experience at PlattForm has been good. While we are continuing to work hard to always improve, we have made tremendous progress the past several months. Agree the EDU space is somewhat in flux, but challenges create opportunities for PlattForm. These ups and down pushed us to diversify our business plan to Integrated Marketing, Online Program Management and Career Prep. I really feel we are setting up our future nicely! I agree on the people at PlattForm. As I have traveled to our offices in Lenexa, Palatine, Ann Arbor and overseas in our UK and Australia offices the one common thread is the dedication to our partners! Yes, as we continue to expand our services to future proof PlattForm we have had a lot of changes. Change is sometimes hard at the beginning, but if you get right, it has positive implications for the future. Thanks for the support during this transition. Has changed a lot over the last few years

Pros

Rewards competency with the ability to move up. Fluid environment. Hires a lot of new talent and people right out of school with little to no experience.

Cons

Rampant nepotism that has since been rooted out. Is a sales and marketing driven company that doesn't produce any product, but rather provides a service. If you are new to the professional service industry, get ready for a change.

Appreciate the comments. We certainly have been bringing in a lot of great employees over the past few years. While we do bring in talent in all skill levels, we actually have migrated to balancing bringing in folks with 1-2 years of experience with folks with 5+ years of industry experience. It has been a 50/50 split between the two experience segments over the past year. Yes, we are a service company that is migrating to a more tech-enabled environment. We have made great strides the past year, but have more work to do. I agree that the industry is changing and it is why we have developed three business units in Integrated Marketing, Program Management, and Career Preparation to serve the industry.
