Pros

Pros of working at Keypath - You get to do marketing for higher education. What you do is interesting and meaningful. The people you work with are talented, smart and collaborative. A lot of people get to travel to see partners in US, AU and UK. The teams are connected via Skype Business so you can work from home when you need to. PTO is generous. Great culture. People really care about you and your success.

Cons

Not many cons - if you ask me. Work can be hard at times, but that is the life of a marketer.

Everyone has worked really hard to build a great company and provide opportunities for deserving employees. While not always easy, we work on having an environment that is a work hard, play hard culture across the globe. Lastly, I agree the teams across the globe work really well together. Yes, time zones present challenges (17 hours ahead in Australia!!), but we make it work with dedicated employees and a little technology. * The company has undergone dramatic changes in its strategy over the past year. It has done an excellent job communicating the new company vision and making sure everyone feels good about it. I believe in this new vision and the leadership team working so hard to make sure we're staying ahead of the industry. * Everyone who works at Keypath (PlattForm) expresses that people are the reason they love their jobs. I would have to agree. My team is made up of the most respectful, honest, supportive and kind people around. We care about one another and where we are going in our careers. * Support is a key factor at Keypath. If I've needed training, etc... all I've needed to do is ask. * Work-life balance is wonderful. My managers care about my personal life and my family needs. Doctor's appointment - no problem! Work from home - no problem! In return, I make sure I deliver 110% - always. Not because I have to, but because I appreciate the balance and feel good about the company.

Cons

* I have been very lucky to be a member of my specific team. I do know that there are a couple of teams that don't enjoy the forward-thinking, work-life-balance, visionary support I do. But, I am confident this is changing. * The benefits have been unclear in the past, but I know this is being fixed with a new rollout.

First of all thank you for your thoughts and comments. I am glad you recognized the job everyone did with our brand launch. As we mentioned it takes a village to do something like this, and everyone did an amazing job. I do realize work-life balance is not always easy in a service company, but we do try to make every effort to give employees that freedom. Obviously as you mentioned some groups do a better job and sometimes client needs do require extra effort. This will be an on-going effort to maximize performance, both professional and personal. I am very glad you are a member of Keypath Education and glad your experience has been positive. PS.
