Pros

The culture of the company can be very fun and exciting. This is a great place to start your career and learn more about digital marketing with a variety of clients.

Cons

There isn't a lot of room to grow professionally. You have to be there for quite a few years before you can move up.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback. We are very proud of our culture, environment, and the way we service our partners. To be able to support colleges and universities with the complexities of enrollment management is certainly a very exciting place to be. Not sure of your specific situation but we have seen many employees receive lots of opportunities to grow in their skills and career. A few examples to note: Have had employees move to Australia and UK to support our growing operations abroad, have had over 25 employees move to our new OPM division, had many folks in digital and media crossed trained to learn new areas of the field, and have seen many folks participating in our online training and development series to self improve soft skills. I do agree we can do better with recognition and have formed an internally group in Lenexa to tackle this area. Some departments do better than others but we want consistency across Keypath. Thanks again for your thoughts Steve

Pros

I've worked in corporate settings across the spectrum. Several large corporations, started several companies and have been a direct contributor, middle manager and leader in multiple groups and organizations in some of the most challenging and dynamic environments in business. With that said, this is one of the best work environments I have ever experienced. You have an opportunity to learn, experiment and take risks to deliver results. My managers were supportive and fun and avoided common pitfalls like micromanagement and panic when you work in a dynamic and tough environment. Despite being a veteran of digital marketing, publishing and various assignments I still had the opportunity to learn and grow while at Keypath. Unlike many large companies that try to pry their people into cookie cutter outfits(suits, business casual, etc) Keypath allows you to wear comfortable clothes and encourages a fun environment with Ping Pong, video games and other benefits. I'm sad I didn't find an environment like this earlier in my career. This is not a con just a fact: Keypath is in a changing industry but if you work in digital in any fashion you are used to change and excelling in a dynamic and challenging environment and so I did not find this environment to be any more challenging than any of my other digital marketing assignments. In fact many of my previous jobs were much tougher and lacked the fun, creative environment offered at Keypath.

Cons

Cons: Not really any. If you are up for challenges in a dynamic and creative environment then you will thrive. If you want to coast or perform routine work without change then this would not be a good fit.

Thank you for your comments and thoughts. I believe you have illustrated very nicely how the company is run, the culture, and the opportunities to grow in ones career. As I have said many times the EDU industry is in transition but I feel we have the amazing staff to capture the opportunities of tomorrow. Keep up the good work and thanks for what you do for Keypath.
