Pros

Having been on-boarded in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was delighted to see how diligent and committed the company was in ensuring that this process was as seamless as possible. Management take the time to not only interact with, but to hear out the ideas and feelings of all their employees, with the CEO - Ryan - taking the time to get to know the newest recruits. Colleagues are not only informative, but incredibly supportive of one another which makes the environment positive and vibrant. Commencing a new role is daunting, yet Keypath are able to make their employees feel welcome and involved, even whilst remotely working-from-home.

Pros

When you walk into the office at Keypath you are taken aback by the funky modern office environment and open-floor setting. This helps create a really great collaborative working culture. The support from my managers and the rest of the team is fantastic and I forged some really great friendships while I worked there. Keypath provided me with my first full-time role and I am very grateful for the knowledge and experience that I gained there.

Cons

While the job is strongly customer-service focused, you do have retention targets to achieve

I worked with a great team. Everyone was lovely.

Cons

It is so sad that this place is highly KPI driven. If you are not reaching your KPI they will let you sink and let you go. There is no support to help you improve and create a pathway so you can reach goals and become better. They only care about KPI and money that they get from the university. You can not be yourself. Alot of the older employees will be listening to your conversation and tell you off for talking like you are at school. It is a very controled environment where the seniors will feel like they have the power and control you. They have favorites at this place. Some managers are nice and some are very rude. So good luck with who you get. This place will drain every little bit of energy out of you. Do your self favor do not work there. There are better work places
