Horrible Middle Management

Great perks, flexibility, amazing learning opportunities

Cons

Rife with politics and favoritism in the middle management. A top heavy company where leaders have no direct interaction with the people who do the real work. Only listen to managers who could control the future of others. Very demotivating.

Best Place I've Ever Worked At in 25 Years

Cons

The only negative I can think of is if you ever ended up working elsewhere, you will have been spoiled by working at Keypath and abhor the experience of the new place.
