Pros

Great office culture with great people who work there.

Cons

Progression did not seem possible due to a senior member of staff picking and choosing favorites. A lot of sneaky bullying to go out of the way to make employees unhappy. Incentive numbers are regularly messaged with. Documented emails with the individual who was tampering with numbers. A number of members of staff are unhappy with sexism as well as racism but to scared to voice concerns due to individuals senior level

Pros

nice coworkers free coffee and pizza to value employees

Cons

DAMAGING TOXIC culture. For a 60k unlivable wage they'll suck you dry and toss you aside after a couple years. Tons of hardworking people forced out due to impossible standards and targets. Managers like to hide out while piling more work onto front line workers until they crumble into exhaustion from the pressure. They hire the brightest and sharpest staff who care about helping students, only to dismiss and demean them once they become a threat. Never have I seen a company value and promote "performative" employees who pretend to work and have no idea how to manage people over highly respected, qualified leaders who make a real impact and get results. Leaders LOVE to talk to everyone about what they'll do to help their teams but it would be great if they actually helped them. If your a lazy, underqualified, "YES" man, this is where you'll thrive! It's a "fully remote" role but you'll be expected to work from the office. High turnover, low pay, zero training, no guidance= dead end career Word to the wise.. Pay attention to the REAL reviews that get lots of likes Several 5 star reviews with ZERO cons after years at the company.. Keypath sure do think people are silly!

Pros

Keeping it honest - nothing at all was good about this workplace

Cons

I've been following Glassdoor reviews for this company for a while and it's been really political. As soon as a negative feedback comes through, the current staff members are told to go on to the website to put up 5 star reviews so that the company gains some better reviews.. And so that the negative ones fall below. If you notice their strategy, it's absolutely childish. Keypath - a lot of staff members have had a really bad experience with you, instead of being childish, own up to it and don't ask your staff to consistenly put up dishonest reviews so that you can trick other people to work for you.. It's not going to work. Saying all of that, shows how the company is. For ages, nobody put up any reviews, and once ex-staff members speak up about their bad experiences, people seem to suddenly post really positive (dishonest) reviews.. Doesn't make sense. I worked in the student services team and let me tell you, the managers across the enrolment and student success teams were really unprofessional. You'd get shouted at, you'd get picked on and dare I say, even bullied in some cases. If you tried doing something different or tried to progress, you'd be given false promises so you'd stay on but never would anything happen. Their staff turnover is ridiculously high. Senior staff management walk around like they're really important, and doing some great work but sadly no work happens. No progress is made. They give promotions to only those staff members in already higher positions such as the marketing team.. But not to those who work so hard to bring in the students in the first team like the enrolment team, and then the student success team who keep the students there. Be warned, you will be working as a customer services agent at a call centre. That is what this job is, as another review said. This company is filled with political, dishonest and completely rude senior staff. They seriously don't care for you. I've worked for other start up companies and have never seen such a negative culture anywhere - they try to bribe you with silly incentives and free food items in the kitchen, but that's not enough to be recognised or to make progress in your career. This is not a stepping stone. This company is for graduates only. Not for well rehearsed professionals.

I am very sorry your experience at Keypath was not positive. While we try to work with everyone on a great experience, sometimes fit is not great. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. I do want to clarify a few things based on your comments 1. We have never asked our people to post positive reviews. Folks post positive and negative comments on their own without our intervention. 2. We have had several promotions in many different departments. 3. Our job descriptions are online. We have nothing to hide with expectations. 4. We are always looking to better employee retention, but on a whole we have a better retention rate compared to industry averages. Again, we are not perfect, we make mistakes, but I am so proud of what we have built in Australia and the culture to improve will make us better in the future. Steve Happy to discuss further.
