Everything about Keypath is amazing. They put their employees first which I have never seen with any company I have worked for before. One person is nicer than the next. Coming to work is not a chore when you have a place you love.

Cons

There is nothing bad to say.

Pros

In my experience management really care about their people and genuinely support them. I had quite a few personal/ family issues that unfortunately arose whilst I worked there and can honestly say that management (including the CEO) had my back the whole way. Keypath truly is a supportive, open minded and caring environment. I'm still regularly in touch with all my colleagues. The LDs are super smart, fully collaborate and bounce ideas off each other and together we have created some really outstanding and creative work. Also the location and the office.....make sure you ask for a proper look around when you go for interview, it is a stunning space!

Cons

It's a fast pace - but that means you get some great project management experience. As with all LD work things change quickly in terms of tech, but the specialist tech team can help you out with anything you aren't 100% on.

The whole company collaborates with each other to achieve a common goal, everyone is supportive of new ideas and initiatives. Flexible schedules, allow for great work life balance.

Cons

Sometimes it seems like keypath is growing too fast, and can stretch teams pretty thin sometimes but understand it is for the best interest of the company.
