Pros

The CEO Ryan is amazing. His passion for the industry is unbelievable and he makes you want to do the best you can. He is so approachable and you can share anything with him without feeling uncomfortable or intruding. Free breakfast every day. Some team members want to see you succeed. You do get what you put in, you can tailor your work to the feedback and some managers are willing to see you succeed if you put in your half of the effort too.

Cons

Some of the teams are very cliquey and won’t do anything to change that mindset. Certain team members are set up for success in such a way that they will never miss target. Additionally, some other team members are deliberately left to fend for themselves while the entire group will go out for coffee or to the kitchen to openly gossip (probably about you), and that is not on. Some members of senior management are just as cold and cliquey as the floor team members. If you start to falter with targets, watch them turn on you instantly. It’s all about numbers for them, especially in Admissions. Anyone looking to work this role - this is a sales role no matter how much the company tries to spin it otherwise. Emotions and personal circumstances don’t come into play when you’ve missed your target. The support will dwindle if you repeatedly miss target, so you better be on the ball every day. As much as management say that talk time metrics don’t matter, they do. You must hit 2 hours talk time per day, and if you don’t, senior managers will listen to your calls (often without your consent) to see why you’re not making it. Be careful!

Thank you for your comments. I do agree that that Ryan and his team really care about employees success and are very open to hear ideas or suggestions. I am very sorry that your experience within your team was not always positive. While we do have daily metric goals our ultimate goal is to help student obtain a degree. And we have done this successfully for 1000%E2%80%99s of students. But, it sounds like this balance was not a good fit and for that I am sorry. Wish you all the best in your future endeavors and appreciate the feedback. We take all comments very seriously. Steve Fireng

Really appreciate the comments and nice words. We do continually evaluate compensation and would ask you bring up this to your direct supervisor. I will do the same and always want folks to feel well compensated for their efforts. Thanks again, Steve

Pros

I cannot say enough good things about Keypath, so here are a few of my favorite things: 1. The management is uncomparable. Many managers will reach out to an employee is their work is lacking, so feedback tends to be of negative nature. Well , not at Keypath! Your manager is in constant communication with you about everything you are doing right. If there is negative feedback, it is not addressed in a negative light, rather as a goal to achieve. They allow for open discussion in your meetings, allowing you to voice any ideas or concerns. Managers help you set goals, both work related and personal and check in frequently to see how you are doing. 2. The CEO and other "higher-ups" have never felt like a looming "corporate" cloud over the employees. They are frequently around, doing laps around the building and making genuine connections with their workers. 3. Keypath really strives for a good work-life balance. I have heard of other companies where employees are too scared to ask for time off. I can't imagine that being the case here. 4. This company is growing FAST. It has done a wonderful job at controlling growing pains. To keep that "small-company" feel in such a rapidly expanding company, Keypath plans events where everyone gets to spend time with one another. This helps build those relationships that are essential to keeping employees excited to go to work. 5. Normally this would go in the cons, but I think it is a huge pro. The interview process is long. It takes a few weeks and you go through numerous stages. I appreciate that so much because after numerous interviews, you really know the person you are bringing to the company and vice versa, the person also really understands the mission and culture of the company. Culture is a top priority, so the long process really ensures the people who come on board are here to stay!

Cons

I would say, if you are the "scratch and kick my way to the top, not caring who I kick down on the way" kind of person, this is not the place for you. Even when there is a promotion on the line and numerous people want it, it does not change the support and respect colleagues show each other. There is no "catty" atmosphere, everyone honestly wants to see each other succeed.
