-Fantastic culture full of engaging events and celebrations -Great staff, everyone is very friendly and helpful -Good work life balance, which is very important to leadership -Fantastic place to continue to grow and develop your skills -Offers great compensation -Amazing reimbursement for Undergraduate and Graduate Education from Universities around the globe

Cons

-Location is on the fringe of Toronto, only silver lining is it is Subway accessible -Location is near very poor lunch options / driving is required to reach more acceptable social venues

Pros

People come first here. And then all else follows. We are given the training, support, and empowerment to succeed and learn from failure. The team are so lovely and fun and extremely good at what they do - I'm lucky to be amongst them.

Cons

The pace can be a little daunting to keep up with.

Coming from an organisation where corporate culture was quite low, I could not be more happy with the experience I have had while working at Keypath so far! Management is open about what they expect from employees, give praise where praise is due and take the time to listen to any concerns you may have. Flexible working arrangments are offered, and it is quite clear the company has the employees best interest at heart. Career progression and personal development opportunities further exemplify this. New ideas are encouraged at all levels of staff, something that I have not encountered at my past places of employment. Would highly recommend working for this company!
