Pros

Company appears willing to expand burn with that comes a lot of job loss for those that do not fit in the company's plans. Apply at your own risk.

Cons

Didn't work for Keypath very long. I can say that there were lots of broken promises and no transparency. You feel like you're just a number.

Thanks for feedback. Sounds like you were not here very long and was not a good fit. We always strive to have a good culture where employees feel part of the Keypath family. Sorry that did not happen to you. Good luck with your future endeavors. Steve

Pros

The one good thing about PlattForm was the culture. It is laid back with a casual dress code, and younger people. You also get a very generous benefit package.

Cons

When you step into the Client Services department, it is an instant feeling of stress and people are just plain cranky. The people are very young and unprofessional. Help is not offered as people push responsibilities on others and not themselves (as with every department) The management is horrible - they have no care to help employees with issues. My "Supervisor" on my account never knew what was going on and would just pass on their issues to other people on the team. That was my first red flag I noticed within the first month of working here!! I was let go for "not being a good fit for the company". I had no idea what that meant, they didn't explain it, didn't explain my benefits, vacation time, NOTHING when I left. It's constant stress and they expect you to work overtime every week (without additional compensation). As if the lower-than-entry-level-salary wasn't low enough. Please save your time and don't consider this company!!
