      None at least for Engineering Services Department, Manesar India

      Cons

      This review is especially for Engineering Services department located in Manesar, India - Bad culture, Crooked and Manipulative Management, Full of Politics, No respect for employees, No respect for women, No growth opportunity, Incompetent and unprofessional management and senior staff, Sycophancy encouraged by Management, Employees are harassed and forced to leave the organization, Standards of Business Conduct and Keysight Culture and Values are just on paper but not demonstrated by Management. Harassment, Torture and Bullying is encouraged. Incompetent and useless HR and Legal Department in maintaining the right culture.

      . Pay is good. It can get some time to be in this position, but reward is quite linked to performance and development . Autonomy is an asset; micromgmt style is not very likely to happen at keysight . Great people to work with . One of the market leaders

      Cons

      . Not in a fast growing market . Creativity and innovation are gone . Top down mgmt strategy with almost no added value . Mediocre to low staff at mgmt positions, very often falling into panic mode when quarter goals are not likely to be met . Failed to envision a long term company strategy, low credibility in their comm to employees

      there could be reasons to work here when management wakes up

      Cons

      Management always commits on cost savings measures to make book keeping pretty. This has gone to the extend whereby resources are not replenished or even slashed. No more the HP ways
