      Pros

      Very low stress, flexible hours, friendly people, nice location.

      Cons

      Very company-specific technology to learn, doesn't translate well across jobs. Salary is a bit low, but worth it for the above pros in my opinion. An aging workforce: many of the brilliant engineers who made HP great are of retiring age now; it will be hard to replace them.

      Pros

      Flexible working environment, the place is safe and organized. Foods are good. Colleagues are helpful and nice. Sometime there are a lof of work to be done but overall still have reasonable worklife balance.

      Cons

      Car park issue. Sometime there are a lot of work to be done, need additional time to complete last minute order. Overall still good.
