      Pros

      You can choose when you want to work and the people there are really great. Also, it is in a really nice location located only an hour north of San Francisco.

      Cons

      The only downside so far is the pay. Since Keysight is apart of HP (Hewlett Packard) they have plenty of revenue and can afford to pay their employees more.

      good work life balance company big enough to provide varied opportunities cares about producing quality products nice community involvement beautiful work site

      Cons

      unsure of direction of company and long term employment viability due to cyclic layoffs over the last several years, company seems to request to do more with less but you can only take this trimming so far.
