      Pros

      Decent management, excellent co-workers, competitive pay and big enough to have some choices concerning career advancement. Good work life balance via flexible working arrangements.

      Cons

      Only been a standalone company for 18 months, so some risk there. Aging workforce, so it may be less attractive for recent grads (but maybe an opportunity to learn and contribute).
