Pros

Good small company mentality where managers care about staff. Competitive salaries. Does work with most oil majors. Does some plant work.

Cons

Good portion of revenue comes from just a few oil majors. Small size of company hurts obtaining larger contracts. Some branches management heavy.

I have been with Keystone for my entire career. The company has provided me the opportunity to grow from a design engineer to a project engineer to a project manager. There is project diversity with respect to types of industry as well size of projects.
